"We hired Eric at Nelson Custom Builders, to finish our unfinished basement. Approximately 1100 sq ft. While their proposal was not the least expensive, the quality from day one is truly remarkable. Eric is very creative and not only allows for changes, but works with your ideas and his experiences to enhance your original plans to the next level. He does not nickel and dime you either. If the change does not cost more he does not charge you, if there are changes, he is fair and does not have a set price for moving those or adding that. The crew shows up each and every day as planned, and clean up the entire work area at the end of each day. There's no smoking in his work sites and assures that his crew is respectful. The project is done on time and he continually let's you know if there are any cost changes. Our basement exceeded any expectations we had. We have referred Eric and Nelson Custom Builders onto our friends and their stories are identical to ours and are so happy with their projects.
